Do you offer day of coordination or partial planning services?

Yes! Our wedding management service, otherwise known as day of or month of coordination, is back by popular demand. We offer a one of a kind experience and are invested in your event from the moment you save the date with us. Because we want to give you our very best, we only offer this service at a select number of Triad and Triangle area venues. Curious if your venue is on the list? Reach out to us today!

Why should I hire Leigh Pearce Events? How do I know you are the *right* planner for me?

Because you only get to do this once. Because you are looking for an experienced professional. Because you are a busy entreprenuer or live out of state. Because you are worried that this will become your mother's dream wedding not yours. Because, above everything, you deserve some help.

No one will spend more time on your event or work harder for you than your planning and event design team. We know every detail, every nuance, and every important person. We know that your grandmother needs extra care, that your dad's boss may drink too much, and that you get frazzled when you have too many decisions to make. We know all of this because we take the time to get to know you the person, not just you the bride or the groom.

We love our work, we love our clients, and we are so grateful that they almost always become family. The best way to find out if we are the perfect fit for your event is to talk to us! We want to know your story and answer any questions you may have so you feel totally confident in your choice of a planning and design team.

How much do LPE clients invest in their wedding?

Every wedding is different! We love small at home weddings, elopments, and vow renewels. That said, our clients' average investment for a wedding with 150 guests is $75,000. We recommend a starting investment of $500 per guest in order for us to provide you with the quality of work you expect from us. Our wedding management clients span greatly in budget, but typically invest between $35,000 and $60,000. For our corporate and social clients, the details of the event and guest list can vary and the investment depends on your specific event details.

Will you help create our event team and select our vendors?

Absolutely! Our coveted list of creative partners includes the best of the best and it is truly to your benefit to work with our recommend event team. Pretend that you have commissioned an artist to create a painting. You would not request that the artist use a particular set of paints and brushes on a certain canvas because you heard they were pretty good. You trust the artist to create the final product the best way they know how -- with their paints, brushes, and canvas. Creating our event team is our artwork and we promise you will be blown away.

What if I live out of town? What are your office hours?

Most of our clients do not live within a quick drive to our office so we are very familiar with planning from afar. Phone calls and Skype meetings are common and we will plan all of your necessary in-person meetings (like tastings!) in advance. Our office hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Saturdays are by appointment only and based on our events schedule.

Where is LPE based and are you able to travel for my event?

We are conveniently based in Greensboro, the heart of North Carolina. We would love to produce your event here locally or we will happily pack our bags for wherever your event leads us! We serve North Carolina, South Carolina, Virgina, and destinations beyond. You can often find our events in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Asheville, Wilmington, and southern Virginia. Some of our favorite destinations are Charleston, The Highlands, Charlottesville, and The Greenbrier.

Can you help me find my venue? What if I am hosting my event on my private property?

Of course! We have an extensive list of everything from ballrooms to barns to private estates to warehouses across the Southeast. Private property, outdoor, and at-home weddings and events are our speciality... and our personal favorite! We love creating a custom space from scratch.

Are you available for speaking opportunities at workshops and conferences?

Yes! Leigh loves sharing her almost decade of knowledge and experience with planners and event professionals. If you are interested in Leigh speaking at your next event, please contact us for availability and information.

Do you offer internships? Are you hiring?

We are not offering internships for 2017.  We are currently not hiring, but will be adding to the LPE team in Fall 2017. Stay tuned!
